Legends by Judy Berger's Ruffles & Black Sequins Cocktail Dress
This is a vintage 1980s cocktail dress, a Legends by Judy Berger's design. It is a black cocktail dress adorned all around in sequins. The dress is made with a 100% stretch, sheer, lace shell fully lined with a matching stretch black opaque rayon fabric. The bodice front can be worn with or without a bra. Top fit with boning and stays to hold form both front and back. The dress opens with a back zipper.
There are three circular layers of white, silky, puffy, ruffled sleeves which can be worn on or off the shoulders.
