You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return or exchange. Failure to notify us within  the  3 day period may result in refusal of your return.

Returns or exchanges are generally made  for NEW items due to a manufacturing defect or an item  shipped in  error.

Items returned must be in resalable condition. Items returned must be in new, unused condition with undamaged original manufacturers box & packaging. Do not mark or tape the original box in any way. 

Items returned with damaged packaging,  damaged original manufacturer's box, or returned without the original box or packaging will result in a 20% fee.

We will NOT accept returns or exchange any items sold as "NEW" that are returned with obvious signs of use.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) which will be sent by email. Any item returned without an RMA will not be considered for return and  will be sent  back to the  customer at  the customer's expense.

Once you notify us, you will be issued a RMA # which must be written on the outside of the package you send to us. Once you receive this number, you have  7 days to return the items to us. Any packages received without the appropriate RMA # written on the outside, or not shipped back within  7 days of receiving your RMA#, will be refused and shipped back to sender.

It is recommended that you insure the return or request Delivery Confirmation of the package sent that you send  to us. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or arrive damaged, due to shipping.

Allow 10 days for returns and exchanges to be processed.

All authorized returns or exchanges that meet above terms will result in a refund or store credit.
